Airlines to resume full operations as NiMet workers suspend strike

Airline operations across the country are set to return to normal following the suspension of industrial action by staff of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet).

The strike, which began on Monday over unresolved welfare concerns, prompted several carriers—including Air Peace—to halt operations indefinitely.

However, NiMet employees agreed to suspend the strike on Thursday after the federal government stepped in to mediate the dispute.

With the resolution underway, airlines are now preparing to resume full services
