Barely 24 hours after his inauguration as the Executive Governor of Onfo dtste, Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has appointed Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti, as the Secretary to the State Government, SSG.a
Taiwo, a medical doctor, is the son of the National Leader of the pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Pa Reuben Fasoranti.
Fasoranti’s appointment was contained in a press statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan,
The statement noted that the new SSG, was the chairman of the Ondo State Hospitals Management Board, before he was appointed by the governor
The governor also reappointed the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Kayode Ajulo, and the Commissioner for Finance, Mrs Omowunmi Isaac.
Aiyedatiwa also reappointed five special advisers, who served in the just-concluded administration, while the status of the senior special assistant to the governor on infrastructure, lands and housing, Abiola Olawoye, was upgraded to that of special adviser.
The appointment came as the governor resumed work in his office a few minutes after he was sworn in as the 7th democratically elected governor of the state on Monday.
