Mr Ikedife who made this known on Monday,25th of November, 2024 in his residence at Otolo, Nnewi said APC has the most vibrant governorship aspirants that are all over the place.

Speaking on 2025 governorship election in Anambra State,he said while Sen Ifeanyi Ubah was alive,he was actively campaigning to win the domination of APC for governorship.
Sir Paul Chukwuma according to Ikedife(Jnr) was also actively campaigning too.

“Since the demise of Sen Ubah,Paul Chukwuma has been all over the state, campaigning in the party, seeking denomination of the party and support of APC members.

“There are also other contenders who have not actively started campaigning” he disclosed

Ikedife(Jnr) revealed that APC has active contenders who could actively contend for the governorship position to win the incumbent.

From the election conducted so far,he revealed that APC had worked harder than the other contenders, adding that the key to winning any election was to make sure you produce a popular candidate to fly the flag of the party.

“That was what APC has done in the State where we have won the election” he added

He said APC has developed a winning formula revealing that they used the winning formula in Edo and Ondo.Ikedife(Jnr) said they would use the winning formula in Senatorial election in Anambra State and also 2025 governorship election in Anambra State.

“APC starts election earlier than other political parties. We identify the strong politicians in the polling units, and begin to canvass for votes in the polling units because
elections are conducted in the polling units

“My prayer is that I don”t want the opposition parties to be sleeping, I want them to wake up and be active and to actively seek to win election just like APC is doing” he added

Speaking on security, Ikedife(Jnr) said there was no magic to fix the security situation in Anambra State. He disclosed that any serious Governor who desired to fix security situation in the state could actually do it.

“You ask yourself what Governor of Enugu State is doing that Anambra State is not doing, what iEbonyi State Governor is doing, what Abia State Governor is doing that Anambra State is not doing and Imo State too.

“The truth of the matter is that we have a Governor who doesn’t care about the lives and property of its citizens that is why the security situation in Anambra State has deteriorated so badly.

“APC is going to bring on board a Governor who will tackle the bad security situation in Anambra State in 100 days.he added

He further disclosed that Non State Actors were known.Ikedife (Jnr) revealed that it was easy to confront them so that they would take back their communities, and Local Governments.

He frowned on the killings going on in Anambra State adding that the State Governor remained inactive which according to him was unfortunate. He said APC would rescue Anambra State and make the people of Anambra State to smile again.

Ikedife(Jnr) as the organizing Committee Chairman during late Sen Ubah’s burial, said the burial was successful, people came from far and near to commiserate with the family and to bid late Sen Ubah farewell.
He revealed that they entertained thousands of people during the burial.
