The Honourable Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Anambra State, Hon. Emmanuel Okechukwu Muoka has received in audience received in audience the Director of BIGWIL INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OF CEOs AND DIPLOMATIC FORUM, along with members of the organisation, who came to pay a courtesy visit to the commissioner at the Commission’s office in Awka.
The visit was aimed at exploring avenues for collaboration and synergy between the Commission and the Forum in addressing issues of administrative injustice, promoting good governance, and deepening grassroots engagement in Anambra State.

Speaking during the visit, the Director of Bigwil International, acknowledged the critical role of the PCC in mediating disputes, protecting citizens’ rights, and promoting administrative justice across public institutions.
He noted that the Forum is eager to leverage the Commission’s experience and expertise in dispute resolution to strengthen their collective impact in communities across the state.

The director of the Forum outlined several proposed areas of collaboration, with the PCC which include:
-Collaborative dispute resolution mechanisms
-Capacity building and stakeholder training
-Community engagement initiatives
-Joint planning and implementation of conflict resolution programs
-Regular coordination meetings and progress tracking
-Collaborative resource mobilization
In his response, the Honourable Federal Commissioner, Hon. Emmanuel Okechukwu Muoka, welcomed the delegation warmly and commended their proactive approach to promoting peace, equity, and administrative justice.
According to him, “The Public Complaints Commission is open to meaningful collaborations that align with our core mandate of addressing maladministration and ensuring justice for all citizens. Your visit is a welcome development, and I commend your commitment to partnering with public institutions to bring about positive change.”
He emphasized that collaboration with civil society organisations, professional bodies, and private sector stakeholders is essential to ensuring sustainable dispute resolution and service delivery reforms in the state.
“Together, we can design and implement targeted programs that not only resolve disputes but also educate the public on their rights and responsibilities, empowering them to demand accountability from service providers,” he added.
Also speaking, the State Director of PCC Anambra, Mr. Charles Ekwunife, reiterated the Commission’s willingness to partner with reputable organizations in advancing its mission. “We look forward to a partnership that will bring about innovative dispute resolution strategies, grassroots awareness, and a culture of accountability. This is not just a courtesy visit, but the beginning of a relationship that will add value to governance and service delivery in Anambra State,” Mr. Ekwunife stated.
Both parties expressed optimism about the future of the collaboration, with an agreement to commence a joint planning session in the coming weeks to outline key areas of action.
The visit concluded with an exchange of goodwill and a group photograph, marking the beginning of a promising partnership aimed at promoting equity, justice, and good governance across Anambra State.
