How we helped Chinemenma achieved her legal dream Atiku

Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has shared how he and others supported Chinemenma Emma-Ugoji, the daughter of his late media aide, in her journey to becoming a lawyer.

Atiku, who is also the founder of the American University of Nigeria and was the 2023 presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), disclosed this in a post shared on his verified Facebook page on Thursday.

He wrote: “Hearty congratulations to Barr. Chinemenma Emma-Ugoji, on your being called to the Nigerian Bar. This is very personal for me because Chinemenma is the daughter of my late media aide, Ekwueme Emma Ugoji. When we lost Emma in April of 2021 in an automobile accident, we provided support to Chinemenma, who was already a high-flying student of the American University of Nigeria to complete her studies at the university.

“It is a thing of joy for all of us that Emma’s dream for his daughter was realised even in his absence. Congratulations also to Mrs Ngozi Emma-Ugoji for holding the fort. -AA”
