Nnewi community insists Ikukuoma continues from where late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah stopped

The people of Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State have thrown their weight and support for Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu,Ikukuoma,
the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship candidate for the November 8,2025,Anambra State election, describing him as a suitable replacement of Late Ubah’s doggedness and undiluted dedication to ensure adequate security in the State.

The mammoth crowd, that had longed for a better Nnewi pledged to support Ikukuoma to continue from where late Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah stopped in accomplishing a New Anambra, which he believed would be possible with APC.

Ukachukwu while addressing the good people of Nnewi promised to give Nnewi special attention,noting that Nnewi remained the industrial wing of Anambra and the entire South east.

He solemnly promised that he would not disappoint late Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah, whom he supported while he was alive, and continued to assured them that he would not disappoint them.

He reaffirmed that he Would transform Nnewi to a new model city with adequate security, uninterrupted supply of electricity, good roads and enabling environment for investments.

Ukachukwu finally thanked the enthusiastic crowd present to welcome him,assuring them that with him as Governor,they would together build a better Anambra.

Anambra State APC Chairman, Chief Basil Ejidike while addressing some journalists at the event said what just happened in Nnewi was quite expected.

He revealed that the level of mobilization was an indication that APC has come to stay in Anambra State.

He further disclosed that change has come to the people of Anambra State, adding that he knew the stuff Ukachukwu is made of and believed absolutely in him for the change Anambra yearn for.
