Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike has announced the indefinite suspension of Engr. Hadi Ahmad, the Executive Secretary of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), effective immediately.
The reason for Ahmad’s suspension has not been disclosed.

Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media to Minister Wike, issued a statement confirming the decision: “The Executive Secretary, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, has been suspended indefinitely.”
As part of the directive, Ahmad has been instructed to hand over responsibilities to the Director of Engineering Services within the FCDA.
