Governor, Hope Uzodinma of Imo state on Thursday, announced the re appointment of the immediate past Secretary of the State government, Cosmas Iwu, Chief of Staff, Nnamdi Anyaehie, Deputy Chief of Staff, Patrick Ekeji
The governor also announced the appointment of his brother, Ferdinand Uzodinma as Deputy Chief of Staff, in charge of General Services, as well as Olisaemeka Sydney as Deputy Chief of Staff, Administration
The appointments were contained in a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser to the Governor, Oguwike Nwachukwu
The release further stated that Mr Sam Anyalewechi Nwaobasi has been confirmed as Special Adviser to the Governor on Programme and Policy Implementation Monitoring.
Ferdinand Uzodinma before his recent appointment was once a councilor, Transition Committee Chairman and Sole Administrator Oru East Local Government Area in the State.
Oguwike said that the appointments take immediate effect.
Recall that the governor had earlier submitted names of 12 Commissioner nominees, who have also been screened by the state House of Assembly
However, he is yet to assign them portfolios after their confirmation two weeks ago.
