The South South / South East Development Group (SSSEG)
has commended the good work of maintaining Nigerian roads by Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) under the positive watch of the Agency Managing Director, Engr. Emeka Agbasi.

Speaking through SSSEG President and commentator on national issues, Prince Elias Odoemena in Makurdi, Benue State, during the weekend, the group president said that the choice of commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu first for the good job Engr. Agbasi is doing in FERMA is normal and not commending Engr. Agbasi without the President that gave him the position.

Prince Odoemena said the zeal with which Engr Agbasi embraced creative force and energy filter the best of FERMA in delivering quality in the maintenance culture of FERMA to the benefits of several Nigerians road users.

The Group said that since the appointment of Engr. Agbasi as the FERMA Managing Director the Agency is responsible for the many road maintenance going on in the county before the commencement of the raining season.

Prince Odoemena also advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to support FERMA in acquiring modern maintenance equipment to enable it deliver good, quality roads to Nigerians.

The SSSEG also begged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to stop the Register General of Corporate Affairs Commission, as a matter of urgency, from deleting Nigerians companies that are unable to pay their yearly fees.

Prince Odoemena said that most of these companies had in the past contributed to the economic development of the nation and many of them are not up to date because of the economic situation of the country.
