The Lagos State Police Command Headquarters, Ikeja, have arrested eleven suspected criminals involved in kidnapping, extorting, and raping their victims.
One of the suspects arrested, identified as Eno Joel Mbang, a 25-year-old who claims to be a plumber from Cross River State, said they kidnap their victims, make love to them, record them, and use the video to extort money from them. He claimed to have benefited from the evil act twice since he joined the gang, and he also admitted that what they are doing is bad.
According to a report by Vanguard News, the arrested suspect, Eno Joel Mbang, said, “I joined the gang in March this year. We kidnapped our victims, stripped them naked, and made love to them, after which we would record them and use it to extort money from them. I have only benefited twice since joining them. What we are doing is bad.”
